generating and controlling perception, which has two parts as well: word of mouth and sales. If your sales are
satisfactory, your brand is A.O.K. Don't let anyone tell you different. Always monitor word of mouth. Where
word of mouth is today, sales will be tomorrow. And word of mouth begins internally, not externally. Get your
